Prestige Trading School is a digital educational platform. Upon payment, you receive immediate access to all course materials, tools, and features. Because access is granted instantly, this product is not eligible for cooling-off period refunds.

4. Lifetime Access

Your one-time purchase grants you lifetime access to all current and future course materials for as long as the platform is operational. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the purchaser.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, code, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Prestige Trading School. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share any course materials without written permission.

6. Trading Disclaimer

Prestige Trading School provides educational content only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in unauthorized sharing, or file fraudulent chargebacks.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of this product, all purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. 2. NO CANCELLATIONS. Once your account is activated, the purchase cannot be cancelled or reversed. You will retain lifetime access to all course materials. 3. CHARGEBACK POLICY. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms constitutes a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to suspend account access and pursue the disputed amount if a chargeback is filed. 4. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. By clicking "I agree to the terms" and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. 5. DIGITAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER. Prestige Trading School provides digital educational content. As course access is granted immediately upon payment, the cooling-off period for distance purchases does not apply. 6. CONTACT. If you experience technical issues accessing the platform, contact support before initiating any payment disputes. We are committed to resolving access issues promptly.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to our No Refund Policy is considered a breach of these terms. If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
  • We will provide evidence to the payment processor that you agreed to the No Refund Policy prior to purchase, including your IP address, timestamp, and explicit consent.
  • If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, your account will be permanently terminated.
  • We reserve the right to pursue the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels.
