1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and purchasing access to Prestige Trading School, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or make a purchase.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each purchase grants access to one (1) individual account. Account sharing is prohibited.
3. Digital Product
Prestige Trading School is a digital educational platform. Upon payment, you receive immediate access to all course materials, tools, and features. Because access is granted instantly, this product is not eligible for cooling-off period refunds.
4. Lifetime Access
Your one-time purchase grants you lifetime access to all current and future course materials for as long as the platform is operational. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the purchaser.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, code, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Prestige Trading School. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share any course materials without written permission.
6. Trading Disclaimer
Prestige Trading School provides educational content only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in unauthorized sharing, or file fraudulent chargebacks.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to our No Refund Policy is considered a breach of these terms. If a chargeback is filed:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
- We will provide evidence to the payment processor that you agreed to the No Refund Policy prior to purchase, including your IP address, timestamp, and explicit consent.
- If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, your account will be permanently terminated.
- We reserve the right to pursue the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels.
